The Opportunity
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 1 Teacher to join our team. You will inspire and challenge pupils through engaging teaching, foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment, and be committed to helping every child flourish. Working closely with colleagues, families, and the wider Trust, you will play a key role in shaping positive outcomes for all learners.
About You
A degree in a relevant subject (or equivalent) and QTS. Awareness of strategies available to improve the learning andachievement of all students.Strong classroom experience with an enthusiastic and engaging approach. Able to relate to students in a pleasant and sympathetic manner and recognise potential child safeguarding issues.Confident user of standard IT packages, particularly when used toenhance student learning.Able to communicate with students and their parents/ carers both verbally and in writing.
