Are you a passionate and nurturing Early Years practitioner looking for an opportunity to make a real difference to children's lives from the very start of their educational journey? At Brooklands Primary School, we are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our exceptional Early Years team within Bluebells Nursery, our thriving nursery provision for children aged two to four. This role will be mainly based within Little Bluebells, our wonderful 2-3 year old room, supporting our youngest learners as they take their first steps into education. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a school that is deeply committed to early childhood development and providing children with the strongest possible foundations for future learning.
About the role:
As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will:
Provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 2-3 years within Little BluebellsCreate warm, nurturing relationships that help children feel safe, secure and ready to learnSupport children's learning through purposeful play and meaningful interactionsContribute to observations, assessments and planning in line with the EYFS frameworkWork closely with families to support children's development and wellbeingHelp maintain an engaging, stimulating and inclusive learning environment both indoors and outdoorsPromote children's independence, communication skills and personal development We Are Looking For Someone Who:
Holds a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualificationHas experience working with young children within an Early Years settingHas a secure understanding of child development and the EYFS frameworkIs nurturing, patient and passionate about supporting children's learning and wellbeingHas excellent communication and interpersonal skillsWorks well as part of a team and is keen to contribute to the wider life of the schoolShares our belief in the importance of play, outdoor learning and child-centred practiceIs committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of childrenWhat We OfferAt Brooklands Primary School, we’re proud to be a diverse, curious, and collaborative learning community.
