Greenacres Primary School is looking for an enthusiastic, caring and committed Teaching Assistant to join our team and play an important part in creating positive learning experiences for our pupils.
Working alongside teachers and colleagues, you'll support children in the classroom, individually and in small groups, helping them engage with their learning, develop independence and feel confident to participate in school life.

In this role, you will:
Support pupils with their learning in the classroom, individually and in small groupsHelp deliver engaging learning activities and targeted interventionsEncourage confidence, independence and positive attitudes to learningBuild strong, supportive relationships with pupilsPromote positive behaviour, wellbeing and engagementWork closely with teachers and colleagues to support pupil progressHelp create a welcoming, inclusive environment where every child feels valuedWho You AreWe're looking for someone who:
Enjoys working with children and is passionate about helping them succeedBuilds warm, positive and professional relationships with pupilsIs patient, encouraging and able to adapt their approach to different childrenIs proactive, flexible and enjoys working as part of a teamHas strong literacy and numeracy skillsIs ideally qualified to NVQ Level 2 or equivalentIs keen to learn and develop their skillsShares our commitment to inclusion, safeguarding and giving every child the best possible experience at schoolExperience working with children would be an advantage, but just as important is the right attitude, enthusiasm and commitment to making a difference.
