Working with the Headteacher and also alongside the wider leadership team, you will responsible for developing consistent practice in teaching and learning, pastoral care, safeguarding and behaviour, ensuring that children achieve the highest standards of attainment and achievement.
We are seeking an Assistant Head Teacher who is:
Able to lead, motivate, challenge and inspire whole school communitiesCommitted to achieving the highest possible standards of learning and teachingDynamic and enthusiastic with the vision and energy to help lead schools to excellenceFriendly and approachable with excellent communication skills and a passion for teachingExperienced in school improvement with a proven track record of success and strong leadership in developing some aspect of teaching and learning.
