About this role
The Oslo Manager will lead and develop Oslo, our innovative Key Stage 3 Resource Provision Hub, supporting students with SEND, SEMH needs and those experiencing barriers to education. Rooted in the school vision of Healthy Body, Healthy Mind, Oslo combines academic learning, therapeutic support, outdoor education and strong relational practice to help young people re-engage with learning and achieve success.
Working closely with the Assistant Headteacher SENCO, Head of Key Stage 3, families and external agencies, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of the provision, ensuring a safe, nurturing and ambitious environment for all students. The role includes leading staff, monitoring attendance, behaviour and progress, coordinating SEND processes, and supporting successful transitions and reintegration into mainstream education.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate practitioner who is committed to inclusion, can inspire others, and is dedicated to improving outcomes for some of our most vulnerable learners.
