About this role
We are looking for an organised, proactive and efficient Admin Assistant to provide a high-quality administrative service across the school. The role involves maintaining accurate student and staff records, supporting admissions and student processes, coordinating communications, meetings and appointments, processing documentation, and assisting with examinations, safeguarding and key school activities. You will also provide administrative support to senior leaders, including the Headteacher, and contribute to the smooth and effective day-to-day running of the school office.
The successful candidate will be confident working with a range of systems, able to manage competing priorities and have excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
