About this role
Based at our Trust Head Office at Enterprise Way in Boston, working closely with our Digital Services Manager and Chief Operating Officer, you will help coordinate key operational priorities, support the continual improvement of our IT Service Desk and ensure projects, actions and compliance requirements are delivered effectively. You will also support the Trust’s work across data protection, information governance, audit, assurance and business continuity.
We are looking for someone who can bring structure and momentum to complex work. You will be comfortable managing multiple priorities, coordinating activity across different teams and turning organisational plans into clear, practical actions.
You will have experience in some or all of the following areas:
project coordination and change management; operational service delivery and improvement; compliance, governance, audit or assurance; data protection and information governance; performance reporting and management information; supplier and contract coordination; and developing effective systems, processes and procedures. You will need excellent organisational, communication and analytical skills, strong attention to detail and the confidence to build productive relationships with colleagues, senior leaders, suppliers and external partners. Strong Microsoft 365 skills are essential, including experience using Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Forms or Power BI.
Experience within education or a multi-academy trust would be helpful, but it is not essential. We are equally interested in candidates from other sectors who can demonstrate strong operational judgement, effective project coordination and a commitment to high-quality service delivery.
In return, we offer competitive pay, membership of the Local Government Pension Scheme, access to a comprehensive employee benefits package and opportunities for ongoing professional development.
We support agile and flexible working, although the successful candidate will be expected to maintain an effective presence across our Trust sites.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving services and helping others to deliver organisational priorities successfully.
