St Gabriel the Archangel Catholic Multi-Academy Trust is seeking an exceptional, strategically minded Trust Data, Assessment and Insights Manager to lead the development, evaluation, and optimisation of our Trust-wide data, assessment, and insights platforms.
In this pivotal role, you will act as a key Trust Partner, aligning our data architecture with our Questioning Minds Transformation Model. You will ensure that data serves as a diagnostic springboard for curiosity and root-cause analysis, rather than mere compliance, empowering school leaders to drive equity, academic progress, and holistic growth across our 7 GABRIEL Ambitions.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and develop the Trust Insights Warehouse ©, establishing mandatory Trust-wide data standards, UK GDPR compliance, cybersecurity protocols, and seamless MIS integration across all 64 schools.
Build and maintain automated, interactive Power BI dashboards tracking our 21 Measures of Impact, early-warning pastoral indicators, attendance, and equity intelligence.
Oversee Trust-wide baseline and assessment collection cycles (including CAT4, Y7-Y9 reading tracking, FFT20 targets, and secondary mock exam series) with robust moderation protocols.
Facilitate data-led "Round Tables" and "Coaching Walks" that translate complex metrics into clear, co-constructed school improvement strategies.
Establish and lead the Trust-wide Data & Insights Professional Network, delivering high-impact CPD for non-data specialist leaders across all 3 regions.
Oversee contract evaluation, vendor management, and budget allocation for Trust-wide assessment tools and analytical platforms.
What We Offer in addition to the attractive employee benefits:
Drive systemic transformation across a large, dynamic 3-19 multi-academy trust.
Shape cutting-edge data architecture through our proprietary Trust Insights Warehouse ©.
Collaborative, values-led working environment centered on Catholic life, mission, and dignity.
