Job Title: Best Start Lead
Location: The Fountains Primary School
Grade/Scale: Leadership Scale (L1)
Contract: 19.5 hours per week
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, proactive and self-motivated individual to join Fountains Primary School as a Best Start Lead on a secondment basis, working across East Staffordshire. This role will focus on supporting the early identification of needs, strengthening partnerships with families and professionals, and helping to ensure children receive the best possible start in their education.
The successful candidate will be an outgoing and approachable professional with excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to improving outcomes for children and families. They will be organised, resourceful and passionate about making a positive difference across the local community.
