Contract type: Permanent - Full time - Term Time only
Reporting to: Deputy Head Teacher / Designated Safeguarding Lead

About the Role
We are recruiting an inspiring and motivational Assistant Headteacher - Inclusion & Culture who will be responsible for the provision, implementation and evaluation of the school’s strategic plan for Inclusion across the school, including Resource Provision and SEND. This role will also be responsible for the leadership and management of SEND Leaders.
Who will enable all pupils to engage in education by providing leadership and support around student welfare, behavioural and attendance issues. This will involve working with staff, parents/carers and pupils to address barriers to learning and make sure effective policies and procedures are in place.
Your Responsibilities

Honours Degree with a SEND Leadership qualification
Involvement in accurate and effective school self-evaluation and development planning
Demonstrable experience of successful line management and staff development through deep understanding of quality assurance
Exceptional knowledge of effective adaptive teaching and learning, informed by evidence.
Ability to communicate a vision and inspire others
Understanding of current and future educational issues
