Weavers Academy are seeking an ambitious and passionate English specialist to join our leadership team as Assistant Director of Learning (English). This is an exciting opportunity for an inspiring classroom practitioner to make a significant impact on students' learning experiences while helping to shape the future direction of English across the academy.

Qualified Teacher Status with a track record of achieving good outcomes for studentsExperience of curriculum development and assessment designIn-depth knowledge of English curriculum, pedagogy, and assessmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
