Pastoral and CCTV Support
We have a vacancy for a positive, proactive, and confident person to join our busy Pastoral Team. You will provide high quality pastoral support across the College to help students develop our core values of care, aspiration, respect and responsibility.
Applicants should be organised, tenacious, and possess excellent communication, interpersonal and IT skills along with the ability to multitask.
The successful postholder will provide pastoral support to approximately 240 children - the nature of this support will vary dependent upon the individual child’s needs. They will be required to monitor and review CCTV footage throughout the day. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate care, compassion, and empathy in their relationships with children and families, and who also subscribes to our belief that relationships are integral to learning. The role of Pastoral and CCTV Support plays a huge part in creating and building a sense of belonging to our school from children and their families and is a critical part of the wider pastoral support we provide for our young people.
We place significant emphasis on working collegiately as a school to share our expertise and subsequently enhance the learning experience with our students. Every member of the staff is involved in a variety of professional learning programmes that take place across the academic year.
