About this role
The Howard Academy Trust is looking for a Primary Trust Improvement Lead to drive school improvement and raise standards across our primary academies. Working collaboratively with Heads of School, senior leaders and the Trust Executive Leadership Team, you will play a key role in improving the quality of education, developing leadership capacity and securing positive outcomes for pupils.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of education and school improvement, experience of effective leadership and the ability to use performance data, quality assurance and self-evaluation to identify priorities and drive sustainable improvement. They will be a collaborative and proactive professional, committed to inclusion, high standards and continuous professional development, with the skills to build positive relationships and support academies in achieving the best possible outcomes for every pupil.

This is a full time, permanent role, paid on the STPC Main/Upper Pay Scale, dependant on experience.
