a versatile practitioner who meets the HLTA standards and is able to demonstrate a hardworking ethos a highly efficient practitioner who is able to use his/her own initiative with confidence experienced with working across the Primary age range and be familiar with the current agenda/initiatives for educational improvements an effective team member willing to contribute to the group but also able to work independently and on their own initiative able to demonstrate excellent communication skills in order to build rapport with adults and children both verbally and in writing flexible with effective time management skills able to show the knowledge and ability to deliver a range of intervention programmes to secure accelerated progressconfident to work effectively with individual pupils, small groups and whole classes to deliver agreed lessons and learning objectives or intervention programmes.
