About this role

The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with pupils, staff, families and local agencies to reduce levels of absence, and act appropriately when persistent absence becomes a safeguarding issue.

Tudor Grange Academy Redditch is a mixed comprehensive High School which admits students from Year 9 through to Year 13. We also have a bespoke specialist provision, Tudor Grange Academy Treetops, which admits students from Year 7 with an EHCP stating a primary need of complex social communication and interaction difficulties, including autism.
