Essential Experience
Successful leadership and management experience in a primary school. At least 5 years' teaching experience in a primary school. Proven track record of raising attainment and pupil progress. Experience of monitoring pupil progress, staff performance and policies, ensuring accountability.

Working effectively with governors and the wider community. Teaching across more than one key stage or subject. Working with external agencies to support pupils and families. Managing a delegated school budget. Essential Professional Skills
