Descripción: Employer: Romme Alpin You should have: Education and/or professional kitchen experience required. Experience working in a professional kitchen, a good understanding of food hygiene and HACCP, knowledge of food allergies and special diets, the ability to work efficiently during busy services, good teamwork and communication skills. Swedish is the main language in our kitchens, but English is also used and is a requirement for working in the kitchen at Romme Alpin. Salary & Employment Conditions: Salary is based on individual experience and the applicable Swedish collective agreement. In addition to your regular salary, you receive additional compensation for working inconvenient hours, in accordance with the applicable agreement.
