About this role

Job summary

To provide a friendly, effective reception, advice and information service to patients, colleagues and visitors to the Cardiac Cath Lab.Support and assist the nursing staff and contribute to the careTo maintain electronic patient records, including the use of MAXIMS, EPRO, the ward shared drive and data entry onto the ward database.To support the organisation in achieving excellence in everything that we do by embedding and promoting the Trust values working towards providing outstanding care.

Main duties of the job

Provide reception and administrative support for the Cardiac Cath Lab.Act as the first point of contact for patients, visitors and staff.Maintain accurate electronic patient records and activity data.Support performance reporting, governance and income recovery through accurate data capture.Coordinate patient appointments, admissions, transport and enquiries.Facilitate effective communication across the multidisciplinary team.Support patient flow and the efficient running of the department.Assist with stock management and general departmental administration.Contribute to service improvement and digital transformation initiatives.

GCSE/O Level English Computer Literacy
