We are committed to broadening the range of voices, perspectives and lived experiences represented around our Board table and would particularly welcome applications from people from ethnically diverse backgrounds, minority ethnic communities and groups that are currently underrepresented within our governance structures.

We believe that diversity of thought, experience and identity strengthens decision making and helps us better understand and respond to the needs of the children, young people, adults and communities we support.
