Job Requirements Job Description: Strategy & AOP ● Support the 3-year strategy refresh and lead the annual operating plan (AOP) build: targets, roll-down, assumptions, scenarios. Performance cockpit & reviews ● Run MBR/QBR cadence: agendas, dashboards, decision notes, action tracking. ● Maintain a single Portfolio Cockpit covering funnel, TAT (median/p95), FTR, risk cohorts, unit economics, and partner scorecards. Strategic initiatives PMO (CEO priorities) ● Own PMO for key initiatives (journey standardization, decisioning/rules, , partner programs, new product readiness). ● Create charters, milestones, owners, dependencies, and benefits tracking. Stakeholder management ● Coordinate across Business, Credit, Ops, IT, Finance, Compliance to resolve dependencies and ensure delivery. ● Produce CEO-ready content: 1–2 page notes, dashboards, board-style packs Qualification & Experience: ● 2+ years in BFSI strategy/corporate planning/consulting/PMO (secured lending or housing finance preferred). ● Strong skills in Excel + PowerPoint, dashboards/BI exposure preferred. ● Strong governance mindset, analytical ability (funnels/cohorts/unit economics), and CEO-grade communication. ● MBA/PGDM preferred (Premium B-School).
