Supply Chain Manager Join a growing manufacturer where you'll own the entire supply chain operation, from sourcing and supplier strategy to inventory, warehousing, and shipping. This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who enjoys building teams, driving efficiencies, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring materials move seamlessly from purchase to production. What You'll Do
• Lead purchasing, inventory, stockroom, and shipping operations. • Manage supplier relationships, sourcing initiatives, contract negotiations, and procurement strategy. • Drive inventory planning, demand forecasting, and material availability to support production goals. • Improve supplier performance, reduce costs, and strengthen supply continuity. • Oversee warehouse and logistics operations, including domestic and international shipments. • Track KPIs, analyze supply chain data, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. • Partner with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Finance to support growth and operational excellence. What We're Looking For
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing supply chain teams. • Strong background in planning, purchasing, inventory management, and vendor relations. • Experience with MRP/ERP systems in a manufacturing environment. • Electrical component purchasing experience required. • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field. Nice to Have
• Aerospace or defense industry experience. • Experience supporting products throughout the manufacturing lifecycle. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Why Join?

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Patterson, NY. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $48.07 - $57.69/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
