Job Purpose Lead, create, and implement innovative technical activities and solutions in the areas of Mass Production, Business Plan and New Model to efficiently meet or exceed Safety, Environment, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Morale characteristic targets.
Key Accountabilities
• Effectively communicate upstream and downstream across all levels of the organization to ensure alignment, common understanding, and clear direction. • Review and analyze daily reports to identify safety, quality, and delivery gaps, while developing countermeasures and root cause analyses to drive continuous improvement. • Utilize data analysis and the PDCA methodology to lead, support, develop, and justify solutions with cross-functional teams to resolve complex business and operational challenges. • Monitor and manage equipment and processes to ensure optimal manufacturing performance while minimizing operating expenses. • Develop the capabilities of self, colleagues, and team members through training, mentoring, knowledge sharing, and technical expertise development. • Establish priorities and make informed decisions based on data and analytics to effectively achieve business objectives. • Manage project implementation, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project completion and target achievement. • Test, evaluate, and implement new and innovative technologies to improve equipment performance and process efficiency. • Develop and manage investment and operating expense budgets to achieve overall cost and financial targets.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical, or related field), or equivalent relevant experience. • 0-6 years of experience, depending on education level. • Manufacturing co-op experience preferred.
