• Professional using best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services. • Works independently but receives guidance and direction from leader then determines best approach to accomplish work. • May lead small-to-medium features from technical design through completion. • Stays current on industry trends and serves as an expert on the software development lifecycle and agile engineering practices; coaches others, as needed. • Contributes to delivery of high-quality design and deliverables. • Advocates for new features within a product to address customer needs. • Tracks metrics for product adoption and success. • Performs coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting throughout the development process under minimal supervision.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s (2 to 4 years Experience) or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field (0 years of experience). • Core CS: Strong grasp of Data Structures and Algorithms. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java or Python or Golang • System Design: Ability to think critically about application scalability and cloud environments • AI Tooling: Ability to use AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development and automate testing.
Preferred Qualifications
• Proven ability to resolve complex technical problems. • Excellent collaboration and communication skills. • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results.
