The Market Training Coordinator is responsible for coordinating complex programs, ensuring all logistics are meticulously handled and aligned with customer needs and organizational goals. The role acts as the main contact for high-level inquiries, providing expert guidance and resolving complex issues to maintain high customer satisfaction. The role oversees the entire participant journey, from registration to post-course evaluation, ensuring a seamless experience. The role analyzes and presents training data and manages logistics, including multi-site coordination. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams and plays a crucial part in Philips Monitoring Academy (Sweden) and are part of a team of 6-8 technical and clinical trainers.
Your role:
• Coordinates and delivers complex Learning services programs, taking full responsibility for all logistical aspects and ensuring seamless execution aligned with both customer requirements and organizational goals. • Serves as the primary point of contact for high-level inquiries and issues related to Learning services, leveraging deep expertise to provide strategic guidance, resolve complex challenges, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction. • Keeps an oversight on the entire participant journey, from initial registration through post-course evaluation, ensuring a high-quality experience by managing communications, addressing special requests, and ensuring all logistical needs are met with precision. • Performs the maintenance, analysis, and presentation of comprehensive training data, generating detailed reports that inform strategic decisions and contribute to continuous improvement in program effectiveness and participant outcomes. • Coordinates all aspects of logistics for complex training programs, including multi-site coordination. • Collaborates closely with internal cross-functional teams and external partners optimizing resource allocation and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Participates in the creation and distribution of communication materials, such as detailed course guides, participant instructions, and program updates, ensuring all stakeholders are well-informed and prepared • Take an active part in supporting the organization with hands-on activities around preparation for the classrooms, handle internal demo equipment including logistics and preparation.
You're the right fit if:
• Minimum High School Diploma, and other relevant higher education • Minimum 2 years of experience in Learning Services or equivalent • Proven ability to coordinate and deliver, including managing logistics, participant communications, registration and scheduling. • Demonstrated capability serving as a primary point of contact for learning services, training operations, or customer-facing program support, with strong ability to resolve complex inquiries and issues. • Experience analyzing training data, evaluation results, and program metrics, with the ability to prepare reports and present findings to support continuous improvement. • Hands-on support for learning operations and administrative processes, including LMS use, recordkeeping, documentation, vendor coordination, requirements gathering, and process improvement. • Fluency in Swedish and English.
Compensation & benefits Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is SEK 327,320.00 – SEK 514,360.00. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations. This role is eligible for annual incentive, with your rewards linked to both individual performance and company results. We’ll share further details during the interview process.
