Experience Specialist; Stoughton Clinic; 0.5FTE
Job Description: Shift: Monday- Friday, between 7:00a-5:00p.

As an Experience Specialist, you’ll play a key role in creating a smooth, welcoming, and supportive environment for patients and visitors. This position provides front‑line assistance by greeting guests, guiding them to the appropriate departments, and helping with required paperwork to ensure an efficient visit.

Required Qualifications:
Education: • High School Diploma or equivalent Experience: • Previous customer service experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred
