Looking for the next step in your recruiting career? This role lets you move beyond transactional recruiting and develop into a more strategic talent partner. Supporting corporate, professional, and operations-overhead hiring across GardaWorld's U.S. businesses, you'll gain exposure to new functions, business models, and leadership teams while building a broader understanding of how talent drives organizational success. In this hands-on, full-cycle recruiting role, you'll manage searches from intake through onboarding, partnering with leaders at multiple levels to solve hiring challenges, assess talent, and influence decisions. You'll strengthen your ability to navigate ambiguity, balance competing priorities, use market and recruiting data to drive outcomes, and consult with hiring leaders on what the business truly needs, not just what the job description says. For recruiters looking to build business acumen, increase strategic influence, and expand HR exposure through the onboarding process, this role offers meaningful ownership, visibility, and a strong foundation for future growth.
What You'll Do Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements, success measures, interview plans, and hiring timelines. • Manage the recruitment process from requisition intake through offer acceptance and preboarding coordination. • Maintain visibility into search progress, next steps, candidate movement, and potential risks. Source and Engage Talent • Build diverse candidate pipelines through recruiting platforms, networking, referrals, direct outreach, and targeted sourcing techniques. • Identify and engage both active and passive candidates for professional, management, and corporate opportunities. • Develop creative sourcing strategies based on market conditions and hiring priorities. Evaluate and Present Talent • Conduct structured candidate screenings and assessments aligned with approved job requirements. • Present qualified candidates with clear, evidence-based recommendations. • Support hiring managers in making informed, objective hiring decisions. Serve as a Trusted Hiring Partner • Provide proactive communication and market insights throughout the hiring process. • Drive timely feedback, decision-making, and process accountability. • Balance business needs with recruiting standards, policies, and governance requirements. Support Talent Pipelining and Employer Brand • Build and maintain talent communities for recurring and hard-to-fill positions. • Promote opportunities through professional networks and social channels. • Deliver a professional, respectful, and responsive candidate experience. Use Data to Improve Results • Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate records within recruiting systems. • Monitor hiring activity, pipeline health, and search progress. • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting effectiveness, efficiency, and candidate outcomes. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications • Legally authorized to work in the United States. • Two or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting corporate, professional, operational leadership, or management-level hiring. • Experience managing multiple open searches and stakeholder relationships simultaneously. • Demonstrated success sourcing candidates through direct outreach, networking, referrals, Boolean search techniques, and recruiting platforms. • Strong candidate interviewing and assessment skills. • Excellent communication, organization, time-management, and relationship-building abilities. • Experience working in applicant tracking systems and recruiting technology platforms. • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Preferred Qualifications • Experience recruiting within security services, workforce-intensive industries, operations, logistics, facilities, field leadership, or related environments. • Experience hiring for corporate functions, operational leadership, or mid-level management roles. • Familiarity with talent pipelining, market research, and employer branding initiatives. What Success Looks Like Successful recruiters in this role: • Act with urgency and follow through on commitments. • Effectively prioritize competing searches and changing business needs. • Build credibility with hiring managers through transparency, responsiveness, and strong judgment. • Take ownership of hiring outcomes rather than simply managing process steps. • Use data, market insights, and proactive sourcing to solve recruiting challenges. • Communicate clearly, escalate risks early, and help drive decisions forward. Why Join Us? At GardaWorld, you'll have the opportunity to recruit for a broad range of impactful positions while partnering with leaders across multiple businesses. You'll gain exposure to diverse functions, strengthen your recruiting expertise, and contribute directly to the teams that support organizational growth and operational success. Benefits • Health, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) with company match • Paid time off If you're a recruiter who enjoys building relationships, solving hiring challenges, and owning results, we'd love to hear from you.
