Marketing Manager
Job Description: Lead marketing initiatives to promote and grow assigned products or services, reaching new markets and driving increased customer engagement and product adoption.
Job Qualifications: Five years of experience in customer relationship marketing, sales, or analysis. Or Bachelor's degree and three years of experience in customer relationship marketing, sales, or analysis.

Major Duties: Under minimal supervision, drive channel-specific marketing programs utilizing customer and retail data to increase visibility and awareness across all avenues with a goal of ensuring year-over-year growth. Guide and oversee the research of competitor activities, industry trends, and consumer behaviors to identify joint partner or channel opportunities. Recommend opportunities to grow and enhance product offerings. Work closely with the branding and analytics teams on industry trends, competitive landscape, and selection criteria for lifecycle campaigns including early months on books (EMOB), usage, and retention with the implementation of champion/challenger strategies to optimize results. Collaborate with the analytics team to provide program evaluations and timely and accurate dashboards on key performance indicators. Analyze sales and marketing metrics to determine the effectiveness of marketing channels, measure the return on investment (ROI), and adjust or improve the marketing plans. Partner with merchandising to secure exclusive, cross-channel promotions tailored for our military consumers. Performs other duties as assigned.
