Are you an experienced business travel, procurement, or global mobility professional looking to drive high-impact strategic change in a world-class organisation? We have an exciting opportunity for a collaborative leader to join our Department of Finance as a Business Travel Manager.
In this brand-new, influential role, you will shape how the University coordinates, manages, and streamlines its domestic and international business travel. Working alongside key stakeholders, you will lead the development and implementation of a long-term travel strategy. You will play a pivotal role in aligning policies, embedding streamlined workflow systems, and leading operational relationships with third-party suppliers.
You are a strategic thinker and confident communicator who thrives when collaborating across complex organisational landscapes. To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Proven experience in a senior business travel, procurement, global mobility, or related strategic role. Demonstrated expertise in developing and embedding functional strategies, operational processes, and data reporting structures. Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate with, and train stakeholders at all levels. A good understanding of sustainability challenges, risk management, and compliance within large organizations.
