We are looking to appoint a teacher who:
Is a qualified teacher with QTS and is beginning their ECT journey Has high expectations of themselves and all pupils, with a clear commitment to raising standards Demonstrates a growth mindset and is eager to learn, develop and refine their practice Shows confidence, initiative and a willingness to take an active role in school life Is committed to upholding and further developing our Christian vision and values Has a secure understanding of effective teaching and learning, including curriculum development Is informed by current educational research and keen to apply this in the classroom Is well organised and able to establish strong routines that support positive behaviour and learning Has excellent communication skills and can build strong relationships with pupils, staff and families Meets the requirements for fluency in English in accordance with Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) At St Francis, you will benefit from a strong induction programme, high-quality professional development and the opportunity to work collaboratively with colleagues across our Trust.
