Your RoleThis is a part-time role supporting our fund operations and structuring teams. You will take on the recurring documentation and data work that keeps our fund records complete and audit-ready: gathering account statements, logging them into our database, and working through structured clean-up tasks.
We are a tech-enabled firm and we expect you to work that way. Using AI tools to speed up repetitive work is not a bonus here, it is part of how the role is done.
This is not an internship. It takes time to learn how our funds and structures work and where accuracy matters, so we are looking for someone who wants to stay in the role and grow with it.
Your ResponsibilitiesGather account statements and log them into our databaseWork through structured clean-up tasks to bring fund records to a consistent standardSupport the team with recurring documentation and filing workTake on ad hoc requests across fund operations and structuring as they come upRequirements
Bachelor's degree completed, currently enrolled in a Master's program in finance, economics, law, or a related fieldPrevious experience in audit, banking, or financial services. This is a must, not a nice to haveAvailable at least 50% alongside your studies.
