We also have an in-house team dedicated to producing high-standard technical bids and comprehensive and competitive commercial tenders. We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project costs, contracts, commercial activities, and financial control throughout the project lifecycle, while ensuring cost efficiency and compliance with contractual requirements. Location: Dubai Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), budgets, and tender documents . Monitor project costs, cash flow, and financial performance against approved budgets. Manage and review construction contracts, subcontractor agreements, claims, and variations . Conduct cost analysis, value engineering, and provide advice on the financial impact of design changes. Verify contractor and subcontractor invoices, quantities, and payment applications. Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress, quantities, and costs. Identify commercial and cost risks and recommend appropriate mitigation measures. Lead, support, and mentor Quantity Surveyors while working closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Design Teams. What will it be like to work for United Al Saqer Group?
