1- Introduction / Perimeter
Vehicle Logistics Transport Pilot guarantees, for flows under responsability, on-time delivery of vehicles to customers, maintaining product quality, maximizing efficiency of transport resources and minimizing inventories.
2- Activity description
For transport legs under Vehicle Logistics Transport responsability :
Organize, monitor and coordinate execution of end-to-end logistics operations, from Plants to Customers (Dealers, Fleet customers, …)Inform, challenge & support problem solving in case of deviation from the planArbitrate between priorities to maximize overall performanceInform proactively partners/customers on transport execution and manage change requirementsChallenge and support upstream partners during preparation processes to guarantee feasibility of transport planMonitor and report transport execution performance (vs contractual KPIs)Animate with partners continuous improvement action plan (incl. landing achievement)Leadtime respect monitoring and information to the Network (dealer, Key Account, NSCs, ...)
