About this role
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will join our London team to support our activities within the aviation and transportation sector.
You will play a key role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring complex business requirements are translated into clear, actionable solutions. Working across multiple systems and integrations, you will support the design and delivery of business-critical applications, collaborating closely with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and Testers throughout the project lifecycle.

Translate complex business requirements into detailed functional specifications, process flows, and data modelsDesign end-to-end functional solutions that meet business and operational needsCollaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and Testers to ensure successful solution deliveryOwn the functional design throughout the development lifecycleSupport User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including defect analysis and resolution activitiesAnalyse system behaviour and investigate functional issues across integrated environmentsWork with API-based architectures and system integrationsSupport projects involving complex and legacy system landscapesFacilitate workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and stakeholder reviewsEnsure requirements traceability and alignment with business objectives Required Skills:
Strong experience as a Business Analyst within complex technology environmentsAbility to translate business requirements into detailed functional specificationsExperience creating process maps, workflows, use cases, and data modelsKnowledge of API integrations and interconnected business systemsExperience supporting software delivery across the full project lifecycleStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience supporting UAT and defect management activitiesAbility to work across multiple teams and manage competing prioritiesRequired Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent military experience.Proven experience delivering business analysis activities on enterprise-scale projectsExperience working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environmentsDesirable Skills:
Experience working within aviation, transportation, logistics, or infrastructure sectorsKnowledge of systems integration and enterprise architecture principlesExperience working with legacy system transformation programmesFamiliarity with requirements management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similarUnderstanding of SQL, data modelling, and reporting concepts Why join us?
