About this role
Ensure vehicle functional convergence by consolidating inputs from multiple System Teams.Maintain alignment between functional validation plans and project objectives (homologation, captive fleets, etc.). Participate in project governance meetings, PI planning sessions and prioritization activities.Build, maintain and communicate project functional maturity scorecards and KPIs. Identify functional risks and propose convergence or recovery action plans. Negotiate timing adjustments when required to ensure project convergence.Support prioritization of activities according to project constraints and resource availability.Ensure consistency and execution of vehicle functional and dysfunctional validation plans.Monitor software maturity and validate alignment between software deliveries and validation activities.Track execution status of validation plans and proactively report deviations.Coordinate with vehicle technical experts to support issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives.Consolidate functional synthesis for project milestone assessments.Review functional assessments and contribute to cross-functional resource convergence.Build Quality-Cost-Time-Performance (QCTP) analyses when functional arbitrations are required. Consolidate functional maturity status from different stakeholders and disciplines. Work closely with Product Safety Managers (PSM) to ensure robustness of safety deliverables and support safety assessments.Track software deliveries and associated KPIs to ensure project readiness.
