Job Responsibilities and Requirements
Support research scientists with their experiments based on company protocol, method, and proceduresExamine and perform analysis on peptides, nucleic acids, proteins and antibodies using general wet chemistry techniques and various instruments, such as: HPLC, Solo-VPE, MFI, AKTA, DLS, HI-AC, ViscosityFormulate and characterize lipid nanoparticlesSupport scientists with the formulation of biologics and nucleic acids and buffers, as neededFollow GLP and good documentation using electronic lab notebookHelp with organizing and cleaning of lab and work environmentFollow documentation and safety practicesEnsure adherence to highest quality and efficiency standards in laboratory operations Basic Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in biology, biochemistry, chemistry, or other related field with 1-2 years of relevant laboratory experience. Master’s degree in biology, biochemistry, chemistry, or other related field with < 1 year of relevant laboratory experience.Understanding of industry practices and standards.Ability to independently troubleshoot and interpret experimental results.Preferred Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with pipetting, pH, Uv-VIS and HPLC.Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills.Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship. The position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with overtime as needed. Candidates living within a commutable distance of Boston, MA are encouraged to apply.
