Eurofins PSS is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager who will work directly on a client site in Cambridge, MA. The candidate will coordinate Immunology translational research activities related to tissue sample analyses including support for external collaborations and interfacing with internal cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
Maintain a list of active translational projects within the Immunology team and work with the finance team to coordinate budgets for these projects.Manage and fulfill contracts related to external collaborations, typically with academic partners and CROs and internal cross-functional teams.Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure projects stay on track.Coordinate meetings related to collaborations and associated administrative tasks including team email communications, scheduling meetings and data transfer.Coordinate human biospecimen sourcing for Immunology research programs.Manage existing and new human biospecimen inventories and facilitate biospecimen transfers across the client departments and external research sites. Education: Minimum College Degree or equivalent; science degree preferred.Minimum of 3-5 years of direct project manager experience supporting immunology projectsExcellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with team members and external contacts.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and experience with relevant software applications.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.Local candidates only who are able to work on siteAuthorization to work in the country indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
