Responsibilities
Sales & Account Growth
Develop and execute GTM/account plans to achieve targets for Softline & Chemical testing (TIC).Identify, qualify, and close opportunities with Consumer Products manufacturers, exporters, retailers, brands, sourcing offices.Maintain and strengthen relationships with assigned vendors/key accounts; deliver great CX with CS/Lab.Prepare presentations, proposals, quotations; negotiate to close with healthy margins.Track opportunities & activities in CRM; provide accurate reports and forecasts.Marketing & PR Enablement
Co-run workshops, exhibitions, trade shows, commercial events with Marketing.Share market/client insights for E-newsletters, website & campaigns.Build relationships with consulting firms, associations, NGOs, authorities to support business development and advocacy.Cross-functional Collaboration
Coordinate with Laboratory, Technical, Customer Service to ensure feasible TAT/quality and timely, accurate reporting.Provide voice-of-customer and competitive intel to inform new services/standards.Other
Support Head of Department on tasks related to Sales/Marketing/PR and other initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications – Must Have
3+ years strong B2B sales experience in TIC (Sofline & Chemical Testing, Inspection, Certification) — required.Fluent English & Chinese (HSK 4 or 5) — spoken & written for international clients/partners.Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or a related field.Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management; strong discipline with CRM and planning.Proficient with MS Office; willing to travel occasionally.Nice to Have
Experience selling technical/testing services and working with brands/retailers/sourcing offices.Relationships with industry associations/consultancies in toys/consumer products.
