Eurofins BPT-Columbia is seeking an Entry Level Analytical Scientist to join our growing Biochemistry team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in chemistry, biochemistry, biology, or a related scientific discipline who are eager to develop their technical skills in a regulated laboratory environment.

In this role, you'll gain exposure to analytical testing techniques, regulatory laboratory practices, and industry-standard instrumentation while contributing to work that supports the development and safety of products that improve lives around the world.

What You'll Do

Perform laboratory testing following established methods, protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)Generate, review, and document scientific data in accordance with GMP and GLP requirementsOperate and maintain analytical instrumentation, including HPLC and GC systemsPrepare samples, reagents, standards, and laboratory solutionsAccurately record observations and experimental resultsSupport ongoing studies and projects by following established procedures and timelinesCollaborate with scientists and laboratory teams to ensure quality, accuracy, and efficiencyContribute to a safe, organized, and compliant laboratory environment Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or another related scientific disciplineAbility to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorshipPreferred Qualifications

Academic or industry experience with HPLC, GC, or other analytical instrumentationExposure to GLP, GMP, or regulated laboratory environmentsFamiliarity with LIMS or electronic laboratory documentation systemsLaboratory coursework, internships, undergraduate research, or industry experienceStrong organizational skills and attention to detailEffective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to learn new techniques and follow detailed procedures Why Join Eurofins?
