• Room patients and obtain vital signs • Review and document medical histories, medications, and chief complaints • Prepare patients for examinations and procedures • Assist providers with exams, treatments, specimen collection, and point-of-care testing • Complete patient follow-up tasks and coordinate care within established protocols • Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) • Manage supplies, vaccines, medications, and inventory needs • Ensure exam rooms, equipment, and clinical areas remain clean, organized, and ready for patient care • Support day-to-day clinic operations and provide guidance to less experienced team members as needed Qualifications Required
• Minimum of 1 year of Medical Assistant experience • Strong communication and organizational skills • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment • Proficiency with EMR systems and basic computer applications Preferred
• Medical Assistant Certification (CMA, RMA, NCMA, or equivalent) • Previous experience in an outpatient or primary care setting
