Build your own client base in the industry or niche you know bestRun searches end to end, from first briefing to signed offerSource, screen, and present candidates who make clients say "exactly right"Become the trusted name in your specialisationShare market insight and ideas with a small, ambitious founding group
Requirements
A solid recruitment background with a proven track record of placementsDeep knowledge of a specific industry or role specialisationThe ability to win client relationships and manage a search from briefing to placementAn entrepreneurial mindset: self-driven, accountable, and ambitiousGenuine care for clients and candidates alikeA GCC network (preferred)Benefits
