Key Responsabilities
Health, Safety & Compliance: Oversee HSE compliance, HACCP standards, Legionella prevention and regular safety inspections and operational audits across the propertySecurity & Asset Protection: Manage security services, access control, CCTV, intrusion systems and Control Room operations. Ensure the protection of guests, colleagues and company assets, including fraud prevention, internal investigations and VIP securityEmergency & Crisis Management: Maintain fire, emergency and evacuation plans; coordinate regular drills and emergency exercises; manage the Business Continuity Programme and facilitate crisis management tabletop exercises with the leadership teamRisk Management & Training: Conduct operational, environmental and security risk assessments, and develop and deliver safety, security, emergency and compliance training and awareness programmes for colleaguesRequirements

Languages: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and ItalianOrganizational Skills: Strong organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking abilities with high attention to detailIndustry Experience: Proven background in Health, Safety, Environment (HSE), and security management within hospitality or luxury residential propertiesLeadership & Crisis Management: Strong leadership skills with experience in emergency response, crisis management, and team trainingAnalytical & Assessment Capabilities: Hands-on experience conducting operational risk assessments, audits, and internal investigations
