Animal Hospital of Lewisville is looking for an experienced Veterinary Practice Manager to lead our growing hospital alongside our Medical Director and Regional Operations Support team. This is an opportunity for a proven veterinary leader who knows how to develop people, strengthen hospital operations, manage financial performance, and build a culture where teams can thrive . You won't simply maintain the status quo—you'll help identify opportunities, implement initiatives, and elevate the services we provide to pets and families throughout the Triad. People & Culture: Lead, coach, develop, and hold accountable Veterinary Assistants, Lead Technicians, and Client Service/Reception teams Training & Development: Own onboarding, training, performance development, career growth, and leadership development across the hospital Operations: Manage daily workflow, staffing, scheduling, labor utilization, PIMS processes, equipment, and hospital resources Financial Performance: Partner with the Medical Director and Regional Operations Support to develop budgets, monitor revenue and expenses, manage labor, and identify opportunities for sustainable growth Payroll & Compliance: Ensure accurate payroll, staffing records, licensure tracking, and required operational compliance Inventory & Resources: Oversee inventory management, purchasing, equipment, maintenance, and cost controls Practice Initiatives: Champion new processes, training programs, service improvements, and operational initiatives that strengthen the hospital Client Experience: Reinforce exceptional service, support client retention, and help resolve escalated client concerns Leadership Partnership: Collaborate closely with the Medical Director and Regional Operations Support to align medical, operational, financial, and team priorities
