About this role
We're looking for a hands-on operating leader of the Global Facilities function. You'll shape and run our Global Workplace strategy, from our HQ and offices worldwide to our distributed remote teams. You'll also be a trusted partner to business leaders and country teams in Office questions. This is a rare chance to manage a function at global scale and directly support inDrive's growth. Strategic Vision and Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive global facilities strategy that directly supports the company's growth objectives and overall business strategy. Unifying Leadership: Lead and integrate diverse teams, including both physical office management and remote international facilities operations, fostering cohesion and high performance. Performance-Driven Management: Define, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to demonstrate value, drive continuous improvement, and ensure operational excellence. Business Partnership: Act as a trusted partner and advisor to business leaders, understanding their needs and translating them into actionable operational strategies and solutions. Mentorship: Serve as a mentor for both direct reports and other leaders across the organization, sharing expertise and fostering a culture of operational excellence. Financial Acumen: Oversee budgeting and financial reporting for all global operations and facilities initiatives, ensuring fiscal responsibility and strategic investment.
