How our rail cars are stocked plays a huge part in the overall guest experience and success of our operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the stocking of all items placed onto our domed rail cars as well as supervising a team of individuals both on the train cars, as well as on the ground. Working supervisor position, will work alongside ground crew to supervise, motivate and complete tasks Ensure rail cars and ground stations are properly cleaned, inventoried, organized and stocked with appropriate products. Coordinate with management to complete the task lists and verify levels for each passenger carload. Facilitate checkout process of onboard kitchen staff and equipment daily upon arrival in Denali. Assign nightly duties to all ground team members. Complete daily cooler and freezer inspections, ensure all logs and forms are collected and filed correctly. Assist in end of month inventory duties and other duties as assigned.
