You will perform, act, sing, serve food and beverage, and all related tasks associated at the Bonanza Bar & Grill. Work closely with show Manager and Food and Beverage management team. Ensure a hands-on teamwork environment. Manage groups, reservations and seating process. Work independently with little or no supervision. Effectively and proactively communicate any safety, guest, or employee concerns with management. Contributing to the overall success of the Bonanza Bar & Grill. Contribute effectively to a positive guest experience while maintaining a professional attitude and appearance.
