Routinely prepare and process food items, from prepping ingredients to executing dishes during service. Monitor food preparation activities and oversee kitchen staff to maintain efficiency, consistency, and cleanliness. Ensure all food leaving the kitchen meets established standards for safety, flavor, and visual appeal. Organize and maintain your station and assist others as needed to keep the kitchen running smoothly. Support and guide junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Assist with inventory checks, prep lists, and restocking to ensure readiness for each shift. Bring reliability, dependability, and a positive attitude to a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen environment.
