Service Excellence. Performance. Integrity. Teamwork. Consistency. Innovation. The Laundry Supervisor provides guidance and keeps the laundry team on task, motivated, and safe throughout their shift. Making sure all linens are clean and processed according to health and safety standards is of the utmost importance to the function of the lodge. Training, scheduling, coaching, motivation, discipline, and supervising the laundry team. Sorting and weighing linens. Loading and unloading linens from washers and dryers. Folding and storing linens by type in designated locations. Daily inspections of machines, chemicals, and linens. Cleaning and sanitizing of laundry facilities. Retrieve and deliver linens and laundered items to/from all locations. Communicate with supervisors and other team members for service or technical updates, requests, or concerns.
