You help ensure that the restaurant area is clean, sanitized and reset throughout the day. This role adheres to all relevant quality, food health, and sanitation principles from the state as well as the company’s own internal standards. Keeping tables clean, sanitized and ready for new guests. Move dirty dishes and glasses to proper locations throughout the restaurant. Help maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant. Communicate with front of house staff what tables are clean or what might be needed. Communicate with kitchen staff of what products you need. Contribute effectively to a positive guest experience while maintaining a professional attitude and appearance.
