The Night Kitchen Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in all kitchen, dining, bar, and public areas during overnight hours. This role supports the culinary and service teams by ensuring all equipment, restrooms, and storage areas are sanitized and well-stocked. The attendant plays a key role in upholding hygiene standards and providing a clean, safe environment for both guests and staff. Ensure that the dining and bar areas are clean during and after meal services. Ensure that the kitchen areas, equipment, and restrooms are clean during the overnight hours. Provide the cooks, server assistants, bartenders and servers with support and assistance. Ensure guest and employee public areas are cleaned. Provide support for all activities pertaining to cleaning/maintaining kitchen storage, preparation and service areas and materials to include maintaining closet inventories.
