Or perhaps they are bringing a part of their experience home to share with others. Our retail locations help make this possible. The Supervisor, Retail Store is a key component in motivating the retail staff to find that “just right” souvenir for each guest and make those connections and memories. Assists in motivating the sales team and engaging guests. Develop schedules for employees and monitor their timecards daily. Overseeing opening and closing of retail venues including proper cash and credit card transactions and accountability. Inventory and warehouse management (receiving, ticketing, and distributing). Supervise periodic physical inventories as well as potential count discrepancies. Generating maximum sales while providing excellent customer service and work environment. Communicates and coordinates with multiple departments in a friendly and professional manner. Maintain records, reports, logs, and files in accordance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines. Responsible for the overall display and presentation of the products in the store including stocking, and replenishing merchandise. May monitor alarms and communicate with guests, employees, security, management, and emergency personnel in the event of urgent and/or emergent medical and non-medical incidents on the property. Keep work areas organized, clean, and sanitized.
